Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Execute high-quality events: Provide direction and supervision to responsible operating departments & Team Members during execution of meetings, banquet functions, and events.
- Create exceptional experiences: Elevate external and internal experience by proactively serving group and catering customers' needs.
- Serve as client liaison: Operate as primary point of contact for client feedback, proactively resolve issues, and communicate all pertinent information in the event of a shift change.
