Placement locations
Initially the successful candidate will be placed in Australasia’s centralised finance team in Sydney, for up to 9 months. On successful completion, the successful candidate will have the option to get further exposure of finance business partnering opportunities based in a hotel in Sydney or further abroad (depending on mobility preferences).
Recruitment Process
1. November – Applications close 30th November 2026
2. December – Online video screening and 1st interviews held for shortlisted candidates
3. January – 2nd interviews held for final shortlisted candidates
4. February – Contracts offered and negotiated
5. February – First placement begins 22nd February 2027
Qualifications
Skills/experience
- Hospitality experience
- You are a driven and committed individual with a desire to become a finance leader within the hospitality industry.
- You graduated, or intend to graduate, between 2024 - 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Hospitality Management
- Commitment to CPA Australia qualifications and development opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels of seniority
- An enthusiastic team player with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate

On's Finesse Finance Graduate program offers recent graduates a structured entry point into hospitality finance, combining hands-on experience with professional qualification support.
