About this role

Leading the Food & Beverage operation at Coco de Mer Maldives means owning both strategy and execution across all dining outlets—restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room service. You'll balance competing priorities: driving profitability through cost controls and revenue initiatives while maintaining the quality standards and guest satisfaction that define a luxury resort. The role demands strong financial discipline in budgeting and forecasting, paired with the creativity to innovate offerings and marketing that keep guests engaged.

Success here requires proven senior F&B leadership experience and operational knowledge across multiple service types. You'll build and develop a high-performing team through performance management and recognition, while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations. A hospitality degree or equivalent is preferred, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The position requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays typical of resort hospitality.

This role suits someone who thrives on operational ownership, enjoys working in a luxury resort setting, and is energized by both the business side of F&B management and the people leadership it demands.
