    About this role

On's IT Manager role centers on managing technology infrastructure and operations across multiple hotel properties in Mexico, with responsibility for both systems and people. You'll balance strategic IT initiatives—such as network upgrades, server management, and major system implementations like POS and Wi-Fi installations—with day-to-day troubleshooting and user support. The position requires ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network standards while working closely with property management to minimize operational disruption and keep critical systems running smoothly.

Leading a team is integral to the role. You'll supervise IT staff, conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster engagement within your group. This combines hands-on technical work with people management, so you need both strong infrastructure and networking knowledge and the ability to build and retain capable team members.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing IT operations in a multi-property or complex environment, solid understanding of LAN/server administration and network security, and a track record of executing technology projects on time and within scope. You should be comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical problem-solving, and genuinely invested in supporting operations and developing others.
