Who You Are:
You are a seasoned, execution-focused Technical Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure to ambiguity. You are comfortable operating across time zones and functions, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery—ideally within financial services or retail-facing platforms.
You own the operational side of software delivery, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and consistently progressing. You proactively surface blockers, drive follow-ups, and maintain visibility across teams on the progress of all deliverables for your team.
You have the technical depth to understand how systems connect and where risks emerge. While not hands-on coding, you can engage in architecture discussions, navigate dependencies, and confidently represent technical progress to both engineers and business stakeholders.
You are equally comfortable leading complex, multi-team initiatives and diving into execution details, operating with urgency and independence, and can confidently represent globally distributed teams at the executive level.
Based in India you play a key role in bridging teams across New York and India, enabling consistent communication and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a key execution partner to the India-based Head of Galaxy Retail (G1) and NY-based Head of Data supporting multiple engineering teams (20–30 developers across New York and India)
- Serve as the central point of accountability for execution across both Retail Engineering and Data Engineering, aligning business priorities with technical delivery
- Ensuring requests are captured, clearly defined, scoped, and prioritized
- Maintain a real-time view of team resourcing, priorities, and delivery progress, identifying conflicts, risks, and gaps early
- Drive structured execution across time zones, partnering closely with tech leads to maintain consistent delivery rhythms
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work
- Contribute to improving delivery standards and operational maturity across the Technology organization
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with direct involvement in engineering-led delivery
- Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams and time zones
- Proven ability to manage intake, triage requests, and define scope and priorities with technical stakeholders
- Experience tracking resource allocation across teams and proactively identifying capacity risks or gaps
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution—organizing work, following through, and unblocking teams
- Ability to engage deeply with technical systems, architecture, and dependencies without being hands-on coding
- Experience in digital assets and financial markets, including experience delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments
- Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role using databricks is a plus
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
- Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependents
- Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions
- Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
- Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
- Employee Resource Groups

About this role
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for its retail and data engineering organizations, managing execution across 20–30 developers split between New York and India. You would report to both the India-based Head of Galaxy Retail and the New York-based Head of Data, acting as the central point of accountability for intake, prioritization, tracking, and delivery across both teams. The role demands someone who can bridge distributed teams, maintain real-time visibility into progress and blockers, and represent technical work confidently to both engineering and business stakeholders.
This position requires seven or more years in technical program management, with proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across time zones and multiple engineering teams. You'll need the technical depth to engage in architecture discussions and understand system dependencies—though hands-on coding is not required—combined with strong execution discipline around scoping, resource allocation, and risk identification. Experience in financial services, retail-facing platforms, or digital assets is valued; prior software engineering background or familiarity with Databricks is a plus.
The role is based in India and operates in-office, positioning you as a key bridge between the two geographic hubs. You'll work in a fast-paced environment that values builders, transparent feedback, and independent decision-making, with opportunities to improve delivery standards across the broader technology organization.
