Emergency Air is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, energetic Dispatcher to join our Chandler team!

Our Dispatchers are at the center of our daily operations. You'll work closely with our technicians, managers, and customers to make sure calls are handled efficiently, schedules stay productive, and our customers receive the service they need.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20–$22 per hour + Commission + Overtime

Available Shifts:

• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Monday–Friday

• 1 Week of on call every 6-8 weeks

• One mandatory Saturday per month, approximately 12 hours of overtime

• Full-time, 40+ hours per week

• In-office position in Chandler, AZ

What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher, you'll help ensure our technicians are in the right place at the right time while providing an excellent experience for our customers.

You'll be responsible for:

• Dispatching technicians based on customer needs, location, availability, and urgency

• Managing and adjusting technician schedules throughout the day

• Working closely with managers to maximize technician productivity and efficiency

• Communicating with customers regarding arrival times, delays, and scheduling changes

• Answering and scheduling incoming service calls

• Monitoring technician progress and job status throughout the day

• Ensuring technician timecards are accurate and completed properly

• Coordinating crossover and follow-up appointments

• Responding quickly when schedules change or urgent customer needs arise

• Keeping accurate notes and communication within ServiceTitan

• Working as part of the dispatch team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home-services dispatching experience preferred

• ServiceTitan experience required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong phone communication and active-listening skills

• Ability to stay calm and professional when priorities change

• Confidence communicating with technicians, managers, and customers

• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation to our Chandler office

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• ServiceTitan experience

• Ability to work a full-time, in-office schedule

• Ability to reliably commute to Chandler, AZ

• Ability to work one scheduled Saturday per month

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable state and federal law (THC is not screened)
