Description

About iTradeNetwork

At iTradeNetwork, we provide advanced supply chain software and insights tailored to the food & beverage industry. Our mission is clear and ambitious: To feed the world. From the start, we’ve been dedicated to tackling the most pressing challenges within food and beverage supply chains, delivering innovative solutions and expert support that make a measurable impact.

Our cutting-edge technology helps businesses streamline complex procurement and fulfillment processes, minimize food waste, optimize inventory, manage compliance risk, and scale profitably. We’re proud to serve an elite customer base, including 13 of the top 25 North American grocers, 8 of the top 10 foodservice distributors, and 8 of the top 10 global food and beverage manufacturers.

Today, we're building an AI-first company — meaning AI isn't a feature we bolt on, it's the foundation for how we design products, make decisions, and ship software. Cerena is proof of that in action: powered by the most connected supply chain network in food and beverage, iTradeNetwork's Solution Suite replaces error-prone manual workflows with faster, smarter tools — driving real results for our customers, and ultimately, for the consumers who depend on them.

iTradeNetwork's Leadership Principles

iTradeNetwork’s purpose is to feed the world — and everything we do is guided by the principles below. Every team member is expected to embody and champion these principles across the organization.

Bias for Action

We value speed and avoid analysis paralysis. We develop conviction, make informed decisions quickly, and take calculated risks to maintain momentum — knowing that swift progress is essential for innovation and growth.

Customer Obsession

We work relentlessly to delight our customers. We work backward from their needs to solve pain points and create solutions that surprise and earn their loyalty. We obsess over customers, not competitors.

Data & Metrics Driven

We operate with facts, not opinions. We dive deep into data and use metrics to measure progress, ground every decision in rigorous analysis, and push for clarity and measurable outcomes.

Raise the Bar

We continuously push for improvement — in ourselves, our teams, and the company. We hire and develop exceptional talent, setting ever-higher standards that elevate performance and drive excellence.

Operational Excellence Through Process

We build lasting processes that optimize for efficiency. By developing, testing, and documenting each process, we create consistency and scale through automation, enabling continuous improvement across the business.

Ownership Mindset

We take responsibility for our work and aim for long-term success. We use resources wisely, stay accountable, and roll up our sleeves to get things done — no task is beneath us.

Earn Trust

We build trust through integrity, transparency, and mutual respect. We communicate openly, own our mistakes, listen actively, and remain open to feedback as an opportunity for growth.

JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Manager, Product Marketing to lead iTradeNetwork’s product marketing strategy and team, translating our evolving platform and solution suites into clear, compelling stories that win in the market.

In this role, you’ll own the full spectrum of product marketing across positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing content, while leading and developing a team of product marketers. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to bring new capabilities to market, define value propositions for our segment suites, and ensure our customers understand how iTradeNetwork’s solutions drive measurable outcomes across the food and beverage supply chain.

This is a strategic, player-coach role ideal for a marketing leader with 7–10 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, solution selling, sales enablement, and demand generation. You’ll have the opportunity to set the narrative for an industry-leading platform, drive go-to-market strategy and execution, and build and grow a high-performing product marketing team in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of product marketers, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and building a culture of craft, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Hire, onboard, and manage team members and external agencies or contractors, allocating work and priorities across the product portfolio.
  • Own the product marketing roadmap, budget, and operating cadence, and report on team performance and business impact to marketing and executive leadership.

Product & Solution Strategy and Messaging

  • Define the positioning and value proposition strategy for the platform and segment suites, ensuring complex capabilities are translated into compelling narratives for enterprise and mid-market audiences.
  • Own the messaging architecture—frameworks, positioning statements, and proof-point narratives—and ensure the team applies it consistently to highlight business impact and differentiation.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and executive leadership to align product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market priorities, and to inform the product roadmap with market insight.

Content Strategy & GTM Asset Development

  • Set the content strategy and quality standards for assets across formats—website copy, blogs, email campaigns, product one-pagers, sales decks, and thought leadership—and review team output for impact.
  • Direct demand generation programs in partnership with Demand Generation and Digital teams, including webinars, thought leadership content, digital campaigns, and customer stories.
  • Ensure consistent tone, design alignment, and brand storytelling across all marketing channels in partnership with Brand and Creative.

Sales & Revenue Alignment

  • Oversee the development of enablement materials such as pitch decks, one sheets, battlecards, discovery guides, and objection-handling resources, and drive their adoption by Sales.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement leadership to ensure content and programs effectively drive pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Define success metrics and use analytics to measure the performance and impact of marketing initiatives on funnel health, adjusting strategy based on results.
  • Own sales playbooks, persona insights, and competitive intelligence, and guide campaign strategies across enterprise and mid-market segments.

Event & Field Marketing Strategy

  • Set the strategy and priorities for customer events, field marketing activities, and industry conferences, and manage the associated budget and return on investment.
  • Oversee planning and execution—logistics, scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site support—delegating to the team and agency partners.
  • Work closely with demand generation to integrate event-driven leads into campaign workflows and measure their impact on pipeline.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy

  • Build executive-level relationships with key customers to develop joint marketing initiatives and advocacy programs.
  • Direct customer interviews and feedback sessions, ensuring customer and market insights inform positioning, content, and product direction.
  • Oversee the development of testimonial videos, quotes, and case studies, building a scalable advocacy program.

Technology & AI Enablement

  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven marketing tools to accelerate content production, campaign management, and analytics, and define responsible-use practices for the team.
  • Evaluate new technologies that enhance scalability and personalization across marketing programs, and make build-or-buy recommendations.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7–10 years experience in marketing, content, product marketing, or a related field, including 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate value and differentiation to executive and customer audiences.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly stories, and to coach others to do the same.
  • Experience building and leading the creation of content for sales, marketing campaigns, or customer-facing channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, set KPIs, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized with strong program management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives and a team.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, supply chain, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools or marketing automation systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in developing messaging frameworks and leading the creation of effective sales enablement content.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and events.

If you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment,  we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
