About this role
Salesloft's Legal Operations Manager role is a remote contract position centered on building operational infrastructure for a scaling legal function. You'd own the systems that keep legal work moving—contract workflows, matter tracking, privacy program administration, equity management, and the technology platforms that support them. The work spans multiple domains: streamlining deal cycles with Sales and Finance, managing data subject access requests and privacy compliance, administering the equity program including cap table maintenance, and identifying where AI can reduce manual handoffs.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in legal operations, contracts administration, or equity administration, ideally at a US technology company. You should be comfortable with equity platforms like Carta or Shareworks, contract lifecycle management tools, and spreadsheets. Beyond technical skills, this role demands someone who thinks in systems—mapping workflows, simplifying processes, building dashboards, and communicating metrics to stakeholders. You'll need sound judgment handling confidential information and the ability to collaborate across functions from Sales to People.
Experience with merger integration, AI-enabled legal tools, corporate governance, or managing equity programs from a global location would strengthen your candidacy, though these are not required. The salary range is $95,000–$112,000 for a contract role based in the United States, fully remote.
