About this role

One Peak Medical is building a primary care practice around functional medicine principles, and they're looking for a nurse practitioner who wants to practice root-cause medicine rather than symptom management. You'd work in their Medford office seeing patients for comprehensive assessments, ordering and interpreting labs, developing personalized treatment plans that integrate lifestyle interventions and supplements alongside conventional medicine, and collaborating with health coaches and nutritionists on the team. The role involves office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments, with full EHR documentation and participation in quality improvement work.

You'll need an active Oregon NP license (FNP or AGNP-PC) with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, plus a genuine interest in preventive and functional medicine. One Peak invests in your development through comprehensive onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing functional medicine training. The position offers a guaranteed $300k salary, a four-day work week with no nights or weekends, administrative and coding support, a dedicated medical assistant and scribe, and relocation assistance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with 4% match, up to four weeks PTO, and covered malpractice insurance.

This role suits someone ready to shift their practice model toward whole-person care and willing to deepen their functional medicine expertise within a supportive team environment. If you've been interested in functional medicine but lacked the training or infrastructure to practice it, this position provides both.
