JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team. Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
- Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
- Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
- Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
- Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
- Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner*, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
- Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient in using electronic health records

- AGNP- PC, Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

About this role
One Peak Medical is building a functional medicine practice in Springfield and seeking a nurse practitioner ready to practice primary care differently. This role centers on root-cause diagnosis and whole-person treatment—combining conventional medicine with lifestyle interventions, supplements, and other integrative approaches. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on preventive health. The work includes office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments, supported by health coaches, nutritionists, and mental health providers on the care team.
The position demands an active Oregon NP license (FNP or AGNP-PC) with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, plus genuine interest in functional and preventive medicine. You'll need strong patient communication skills and comfort with EHR systems and collaborative, fast-paced environments. One Peak handles the administrative burden—coding, billing, medical assistant, and scribe support are provided—so you can focus on clinical work.
The compensation is $300k guaranteed salary with relocation assistance. The schedule is notably provider-friendly: four-day work weeks, no nights or weekends, and flexible scheduling. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with 4% match, up to four weeks PTO, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance coverage, and 50% reimbursement of licensing and DEA fees.
