The role

Spektrix has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll execute, measure, and optimize Spektrix’s digital marketing activity across campaigns, channels, and audiences. Working closely with Growth Marketing, Content & Campaigns, Client Marketing, Product & Partner Marketing, Events, and the Website team, you'll turn marketing strategies into targeted, measurable digital experiences that generate demand, engage clients, and move audiences to action.

You should be comfortable moving between building a campaign, defining an audience segment, reviewing conversion performance, testing an approach, and identifying what should change next.

If you bring both strong execution and an analytical mindset to everything you build, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Delivery: Translate strategy briefs into end-to-end digital channel plans, automating nurture journeys, client/partner communications, product launches, and event promotions.

Paid & Digital Channel Management: Build, run, and optimize paid digital and social activity aligned with the growth strategy established by the Head of Growth Marketing.

Audience Segmentation & Data Quality: Manage audience targeting and CRM data hygiene to deliver tailored, relevant messaging and high-quality campaign builds.

Performance Analysis, Testing & Optimization: Implement robust tracking and attribution, lead continuous A/B testing (messaging, channels, landing pages), and use data-driven insights to refine future strategies rather than just reporting past metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Website, Content, and Growth colleagues to build conversion journeys, distribute content effectively, and support co-marketing initiatives.

Quality Assurance & Project Management: Balance multiple concurrent projects, maintaining strict QA standards across brand consistency, accessibility, tracking, and timely delivery.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a related role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and nurture journeys.
  • Experience managing or executing paid digital campaigns, including paid social.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, analytics, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data, identify meaningful insights, and translate those insights into specific actions and optimizations.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms and an understanding of how campaign, contact, and engagement data flow between systems.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and testing methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing campaign setup, segmentation, tracking, links, and communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, including content, design, web, product marketing, client marketing, events, and sales.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify gaps, question assumptions, and recommend improvements rather than relying solely on established processes.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and proactively identify what needs to happen next.

Benefits

  • Company paid medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Generous Paid Time Off benefits, including
    • 21 days of PTO (vacation, personal time, whatever you choose to use it for)

  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Two paid volunteering days per year

About this role

Spektrix is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own the full lifecycle of digital campaigns—from strategy translation through execution, optimization, and measurement. You'll work across email, paid social, marketing automation, and audience segmentation to drive demand and engagement, collaborating with teams across Growth, Content, Product Marketing, Events, and Web. The role demands both hands-on execution skills and analytical rigor: you'll set up campaigns and tracking, run A/B tests, interpret performance data, and use those insights to refine what comes next rather than simply reporting results.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in New York City (10–20% onsite), reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing. You should have demonstrated experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, and proven ability to manage paid digital campaigns and audience segmentation. The role also requires solid project management skills to juggle multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining quality across tracking, brand consistency, and delivery.

Spektrix offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 21 days of PTO plus 14 paid holidays and 10 sick days; a 4% 401(k) match; professional development support; and flexible work arrangements with equipment support for remote work. Local team members receive an onsite stipend, and the company offers a month-long paid sabbatical after five years of service.
