Compensation: $85,000 base + per-hire commission

The Role
We're looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter who knows the behavioral health world from the inside. You've recruited therapists, clinical supervisors, counselors, and nurses for addiction and mental health organizations, and you understand the licenses, credentials, and motivations that matter in this field.
Above all, you're an expert soucrer. You don't wait for applicants; you find the clinicians who aren't looking yet and give them a reason to talk to you. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for your requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and build lasting talent pipelines for our high-volume and evergreen roles.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Counselors, Nurses, and other behavioral health positions
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume mining, and creative outreach
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for evergreen and hard-to-fill roles
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand each role, team dynamic, and expectations
- Act as a consultative partner to leadership, advising on sourcing strategy, assessment approach, and offer strategy
- Verify that candidates hold the appropriate licenses and credentials for their roles
- Negotiate and extend offers, then coordinate accepted terms and start dates with hiring managers and HR
- Track employee referrals tied to hires for referral award eligibility
- Manage your pipeline and candidate activity in Greenhouse
- Build relationships across the clinical community and with internal teams and leaders
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in addiction and/or mental health recruiting therapists (required)
- Proven success recruiting licensed clinicians such as Therapists, Counselors, Clinical Supervisors, and Nurses
- Expert-level sourcing skills with a strong track record of hunting and resume mining for passive talent
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (required)
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed sourcing (required)
- Working knowledge of behavioral health licensure and credentialing (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LCADC, RN)
- A track record of results in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong time management, follow-through, and the ability to reprioritize as needs shift
- Bachelor's degree required

This fully remote role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for therapists, clinical supervisors, counselors, nurses, and other licensed clinicians—positions that are both high-volume and consistently difficult to fill. You'll own your requisitions end-to-end, from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and start date coordination, and you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and role-specific needs.
The position demands genuine expertise in behavioral health recruiting. You'll need at least two years of direct experience recruiting licensed clinicians in addiction and mental health settings, plus advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and resume mining. Beyond tools, you'll need working knowledge of behavioral health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCADC, RN, and similar credentials) and the ability to source passive candidates—people not actively job-hunting—and convince them to engage. You'll also verify licenses and credentials, advise leadership on sourcing and offer strategy, and maintain talent pipelines for roles that never fully close.
