About this role

Intellum is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own relationships with key accounts using the company's corporate learning platform. You'd serve as the primary advisor for enterprise L&D programs, responsible for monitoring customer health, running executive business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring clients extract measurable value from Intellum's AI-native features. The role offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage at no employee cost, 401(k) matching, and access to LinkedIn Learning.
