Description

About Jetson

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.

Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.

About this role

Jetson Home is building the first vertically integrated home electrification company, and this Dallas warehouse role sits at the operational heart of that mission. As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of inventory management for an HVAC and electrical contracting operation—from receiving and kitting materials for field teams to maintaining accurate records in NetSuite and managing cycle counts. The work is hands-on and varied: you'll handle supplier pickups and returns, process RMAs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the warehouse stays organized and compliant with OSHA standards. Success here means the field service teams have what they need every day to execute installations across the US and Canada.

This position calls for someone with at least five years of progressive warehouse or supply chain experience, ideally in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors. You'll need a bachelor's degree in a related field, forklift certification, and solid proficiency with ERP systems—NetSuite experience is a plus. Beyond technical competence, the role demands strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and keep operations running smoothly in a rapidly growing company.

The salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. Jetson covers 85% of health insurance premiums, fully pays dental, vision, and life insurance, and offers a 401k program, parental leave top-up, and education support. This is a full-time, in-person position in Dallas.
