About this role
Holistic Industries is seeking a Wellness Guide for their North Brunswick retail location—a full-time, in-office role focused on direct customer engagement in the cannabis retail space. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering knowledgeable, personalized guidance on cannabis products and trends while creating a welcoming environment that encourages loyalty and repeat business. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, genuine passion for cannabis education, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse customers.
Success in this role depends on solid retail fundamentals: you'll need hands-on experience with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and inventory management, paired with the adaptability to juggle multiple tasks during busy periods.
