We value people who are curious, organised and motivated to make a positive impact. By joining EOS, you will work in a collaborative environment where your contribution is recognised and where you can continue to develop your skills and career.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our sales organisation.
In this role, you will connect Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and Product teams to streamline sales processes, maintain CRM integrity, and deliver actionable reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional coordination and can translate complex or raw data into clear performance insights for sales leaders and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination and Process Optimisation

  • Act as the primary operational liaison for the regional sales team, supporting day-to-day logistics, responding to process enquiries and helping resolve workflow bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, including deal handovers, contract routing and invoicing dependencies.
  • Maintain and optimise CRM workflows using platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accurate deal stages and effective lead routing.
  • Support sales onboarding by coordinating training schedules, compiling enablement resources and tracking ramp-up timelines.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly sales meetings, coordinate agendas, document decisions and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support the development of clear, consistent and repeatable standard operating procedures.

Reporting, Data and Analytics

  • Build, maintain and automate recurring sales-performance dashboards and operational tracking reports.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, including pipeline velocity, win/loss ratios, quota attainment, average deal size and sales-cycle duration.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to support forecasting accuracy and identify risks across sales stages.
  • Produce ad hoc analytical reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making, forecasting and territory planning.
  • Conduct regular data audits to remove duplicate records, correct missing or inaccurate entries and maintain effective database hygiene.
  • Translate complex data into concise visual reports, summaries and recommendations for frontline sales teams and leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a closely related coordination role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or operational processes involving multiple departments and competing priorities.

Systems and Tools

  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables and data visualisation.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or Looker is desirable.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional coordination: A demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, maintain momentum and align stakeholders with different priorities.
  • Analytical thinking: The ability to interpret complex data and convert it into meaningful executive-level reports, visualisations and recommendations.
  • Clear communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for frontline sales representatives, cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
  • Process orientation: A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and creating clear, repeatable and scalable processes.
  • Attention to detail: A consistent focus on accuracy, data quality and effective follow-through.
  • Adaptability: The ability to prioritise effectively and respond constructively to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

About this role

EOS is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to manage the operational engine of its sales organisation. You would sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and Product, owning CRM workflows, process optimisation and the day-to-day logistics that keep the sales team moving. This means maintaining Salesforce or HubSpot data integrity, coordinating deal handovers and contract routing, supporting onboarding, and running weekly pipeline reviews—all while identifying and fixing process bottlenecks as they emerge.

The analytical side of the role is equally important. You would build and automate sales dashboards, track KPIs like pipeline velocity and quota attainment, conduct data audits to keep the database clean, and translate raw numbers into clear visual reports for both frontline teams and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is organised and detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel or Sheets at an advanced level, and able to communicate complex data clearly to audiences with very different needs.

You should have two to four years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar coordination role, with hands-on CRM experience and a track record of managing cross-functional projects under competing priorities. The role is contract-based and in-office in Dublin. If you thrive on process improvement, data accuracy and keeping multiple teams aligned, this is worth exploring.
