Description

Our Company

At EOS, we bring people, ideas and expertise together to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers. Our success is built on collaboration, accountability and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
We value people who are curious, organised and motivated to make a positive impact. By joining EOS, you will work in a collaborative environment where your contribution is recognised and where you can continue to develop your skills and career.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our sales organisation.
In this role, you will connect Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and Product teams to streamline sales processes, maintain CRM integrity, and deliver actionable reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional coordination and can translate complex or raw data into clear performance insights for sales leaders and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination and Process Optimisation

  • Act as the primary operational liaison for the regional sales team, supporting day-to-day logistics, responding to process enquiries and helping resolve workflow bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, including deal handovers, contract routing and invoicing dependencies.
  • Maintain and optimise CRM workflows using platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accurate deal stages and effective lead routing.
  • Support sales onboarding by coordinating training schedules, compiling enablement resources and tracking ramp-up timelines.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly sales meetings, coordinate agendas, document decisions and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support the development of clear, consistent and repeatable standard operating procedures.

Reporting, Data and Analytics

  • Build, maintain and automate recurring sales-performance dashboards and operational tracking reports.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, including pipeline velocity, win/loss ratios, quota attainment, average deal size and sales-cycle duration.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to support forecasting accuracy and identify risks across sales stages.
  • Produce ad hoc analytical reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making, forecasting and territory planning.
  • Conduct regular data audits to remove duplicate records, correct missing or inaccurate entries and maintain effective database hygiene.
  • Translate complex data into concise visual reports, summaries and recommendations for frontline sales teams and leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a closely related coordination role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or operational processes involving multiple departments and competing priorities.

Systems and Tools

  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables and data visualisation.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or Looker is desirable.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional coordination: A demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, maintain momentum and align stakeholders with different priorities.
  • Analytical thinking: The ability to interpret complex data and convert it into meaningful executive-level reports, visualisations and recommendations.
  • Clear communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for frontline sales representatives, cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
  • Process orientation: A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and creating clear, repeatable and scalable processes.
  • Attention to detail: A consistent focus on accuracy, data quality and effective follow-through.
  • Adaptability: The ability to prioritise effectively and respond constructively to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

About this role

EOS is looking for someone to be the operational engine behind its sales function—managing CRM workflows, coordinating handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and Product teams, and turning raw data into the dashboards and insights that drive forecasting and strategy. You'd own the day-to-day logistics of the sales operation, from onboarding new reps to running pipeline reviews, while also identifying where processes break down and building repeatable solutions.

The role demands 2–4 years in Sales Operations or a similar coordination function, with solid hands-on experience in Salesforce or HubSpot and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data visualisation). Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Beyond the technical toolkit, you need to be genuinely analytical—comfortable interpreting complex data and translating it for different audiences—and exceptionally organised, with the discipline to catch data quality issues and the communication skills to align stakeholders with competing priorities.

This is a contract position based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland, and requires in-office presence. It suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and finds satisfaction in process improvement and operational clarity rather than direct sales or customer-facing work.
