About this role
Game Seven Agency is seeking an operational leader to oversee program delivery across a portfolio of high-profile clients including Nike, Spotify, Meta, and others. In this role, you'll translate client objectives into structured operational plans, working closely with integrated teams to ensure programs launch and execute with clarity and discipline. You won't be managing day-to-day tasks, but rather architecting the frameworks that allow creative, production, strategy, and client management teams to work together seamlessly—scoping work, staffing projects, managing timelines and budgets, and identifying risks before they become problems.
The position demands seven or more years in a creative agency, production, or integrated communications environment, with proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex timelines across digital, social, broadcast, and experiential work. You'll need strong proficiency in Google Suite and project management platforms like Asana or Monday.com, plus comfort with AI productivity tools. Beyond the technical toolkit, success here requires clear communication, solutions-oriented thinking, and the ability to mentor junior operational staff while contributing to broader process improvements across the agency.
Based in New York and full-time, this role offers a salary of $140,000 to $160,000 annually, plus benefits and discretionary bonus. It's suited for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, enjoys working across disciplines, and wants to shape how creative work gets delivered at scale.
