About this role

Centria Autism is hiring a BCBA to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Baltimore, working directly with children and families in their natural environments. You'd oversee and mentor Behavior Technicians, develop individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based care, and conduct monthly parent training sessions—all supported by robust clinical oversight and operational infrastructure designed to keep administrative burden off your plate. The role emphasizes clinical outcomes over billables, with a proprietary platform handling treatment planning and data collection so your focus stays on care delivery.

The position offers a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 plus typical monthly bonuses around $1,000, paired with benefits that include an annual all-inclusive vacation, company car or mileage reimbursement, CEU stipends with paid training days, and early wage access. You'll work within a layered support structure—Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and a Clinical Excellence Team—designed to prevent isolation and burnout. Centria explicitly prioritizes predictable caseloads and manageable schedules, and they have no non-compete clause.

This role suits a BCBA who values clinical depth over high-volume billing, wants genuine mentorship and career development opportunities, and is drawn to a team-oriented environment with strong operational backing. If you're looking to focus on outcomes and family engagement without getting buried in logistics, this could be a strong fit.
