About this role

Caylent is seeking a Quality Analyst Associate Engineer to ensure the reliability and quality of contact center solutions built on AWS services. You'll execute comprehensive testing across multiple communication channels—IVR systems, chat implementations, email routing, and Amazon Connect contact flows—validating everything from call flows and speech recognition to agent desktop functionality and omnichannel customer journeys. The role involves developing test cases, documenting defects, coordinating user acceptance testing with clients, and collaborating closely with development and business analysis teams in an agile environment.

This is an entry-level position suited for someone with 0–2 years of QA or software testing experience who has a solid grasp of testing methodologies and strong attention to detail. You'll need to think critically about edge cases, communicate findings clearly, and adapt to shifting project requirements. The work combines technical validation with user experience considerations, including accessibility compliance and failover scenario testing.

Caylent offers full remote work from Brazil with flexible PTO, professional development support, exam reimbursement, and phantom equity. You'll work with a distributed global team across a company focused on AWS and AI-driven cloud solutions, though the role itself centers on quality assurance for contact center platforms rather than AI development.
