Description
Company Overview:
Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody. Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.

About this role
Blink Health is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support its leadership team at the NYC office on a hybrid basis (4-5 days onsite). You'd own sophisticated calendar management and serve as a strategic gatekeeper for senior executives, prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and ensuring their time is used effectively. The role bridges communication between leadership and business teams while managing the logistics that keep a fast-moving organization running—scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, handling expense reports, and documenting decisions from key meetings.
Beyond day-to-day support, you'd collaborate with other Executive Assistants on hiring coordination and help orchestrate team building activities and offsites. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks critically about problems, and can juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate has at least six years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally in tech or startups, strong proficiency with Google Suite, and the communication skills to navigate relationships across all organizational levels.
If you're organized, proactive, and energized by working in a healthcare tech company scaling rapidly, this could be a strong fit. Some travel is required, and you'll need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
