Pay Range: $16-18/hour
BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License
- BLS Certified CPR
- Level II Background Check

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
- Transportation

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides for one-on-one client care in the Saint Cloud area, with positions also available across the Orlando region. You'll provide direct personal care—bathing, grooming, toileting, and assistance with daily activities—along with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. The role includes vital sign monitoring and helping clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
