About this role
BAYADA's RN Nurse Residency Program in Minneapolis is designed specifically for newly licensed nurses entering home health care. You'll deliver one-on-one skilled nursing in clients' homes while receiving structured mentorship and clinical support throughout your transition to practice. The program is accredited by the ANCC and includes hands-on training from day one, paired with 24/7 access to clinical mentors who guide you at your own pace.
The role offers flexibility in how you work: choose from daytime or overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks, all within the Twin Cities area and surrounding regions. You'll earn $35–$37 per hour (with weekend and overnight differentials), receive weekly pay, PTO, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. The company also partners with Public Service Loan Forgiveness and offers a 401(k).
