You should be comfortable managing creative and digital agencies, executing regulated digital marketing, and translating strategy into actionable field tools. Strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment are essential. Product launch experience is a plus.
