What BAYADA Offers
- $25–$27/hour plus weekend and overnight differentials
- Full-time (36+ hours/week)

BAYADA's accredited LPN Nurse Residency Program in St. Paul is designed specifically for newly licensed nurses ready to transition into home care. You'll earn $25–$27 per hour plus shift differentials while working full-time with flexible scheduling options (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, days or nights). The program pairs paid, hands-on training with 1:1 mentorship from day one, including access to award-winning simulation labs and 24/7 clinical support as you build real-world experience at your own pace.
This role suits someone who has just completed or is about to complete an accredited nursing program and holds an active Minnesota LPN license (or has an NCLEX date scheduled).
