About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Senior Associate Payroll Tax Analyst to join its team in Pennsauken, New Jersey. This role sits at a critical intersection of operational payroll processing and tax compliance, requiring someone who can manage weekly payroll for the main organization, independently handle payroll for joint venture companies, and oversee complex tax reconciliations and filings. You'll work closely with supervisors and managers on ADP reconciliation, state and local tax account setup, wage reconciliations, and year-end close activities—including W-2 processing and responding to tax agency notices. The position demands strong technical skills in payroll systems and tax regulations, but equally important is your ability to organize information clearly, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and communicate effectively with employees across the organization.

What distinguishes this role is its explicit development track toward management and leadership. BAYADA designed the position to prepare you for supervisory responsibilities, with built-in training and continuing education to support that progression. You'll be expected to coach and mentor others, contribute to process improvements, and participate in policy development—not just execute transactions. This means the role suits someone with at least two years of payroll experience and a four-year degree who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and genuinely interested in growing into a leadership position within the organization.

The salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401k matching, and paid time off. The position is full-time and in-office.
