Currently hiring for pediatric and adult care cases in Winter Springs, Edgewood, Winter Park, Ocoee, Belle Isle, Kissimmee, Cocoa Beach, Titusville, Orlando, and Lake Mary. With FT, PT and PRN hours available.

Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- Current CPR Card

Available LPN Shifts:
- 10- or 12-hour shifts
- Daytime or overnight shifts available
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring part-time LPNs to deliver one-on-one care in clients' homes across the greater Orlando area, including Winter Springs, Kissimmee, Cocoa Beach, and surrounding communities. You'll work flexible 10- or 12-hour shifts—daytime or overnight—with no mandatory weekends or minimum hour commitments, allowing you to build a schedule that fits your life. The role spans pediatric and adult cases at varying acuity levels, with many clients requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management; BAYADA provides paid training and shadowing to develop these specialized skills.
The position requires a current Florida nursing license, CPR certification, and clearance through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. You'll use electronic charting via Statewise and have access to 24/7 clinical support. Pay ranges from $28 to $35 per hour depending on experience, case acuity, and shift type. Part-time benefits include weekly pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, preventive care for all employees, and a 401K with company match. BAYADA also offers a $500–$1,200 referral bonus and talent development programs.
