Our Nurse Residency Program for RNs is built to help you succeed in your first role. Join BAYADA in St. Paul and provide one-on-one care backed by award-winning training and 24/7 support.
What BAYADA Offers
- $35–$37/hour (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Full-time (36+ hours/week)
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts

BAYADA's RN New Grad Residency in St. Paul is designed specifically for nurses entering practice, combining structured mentorship with real home health care work from day one. You'll earn $35–$37/hour working full-time shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with the flexibility to choose daytime or overnight schedules, plus access to 24/7 clinical support and paid, hands-on training. The program is ANCC-accredited and backed by award-winning simulation labs, so you're learning in a supported environment while building genuine patient relationships across the Twin Cities and surrounding regions.
