About this role

Abacus is looking for a Technical Operations Associate to manage the operational backbone of its technology services in New York. You'd spend your days coordinating service requests, monitoring device compliance, and maintaining detailed records within ServiceNow and Microsoft Intune—essentially ensuring that internal teams and business users get responsive, timely support. The work involves scheduling maintenance windows, tracking equipment lifecycles, preparing daily operational reports, and documenting procedures, with a steady stream of priorities that shift throughout the day.

This role suits someone organized and detail-oriented who thrives on structure but can adapt when plans change. You'll need hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, comfort with Microsoft 365 tools, and a solid grasp of IT Service Management basics. Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders matter just as much as your ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and see work through to completion. The position is full-time and in-office in New York City, with a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000.
