About this role
Foxconn WI's NPI Production Controller role sits at the intersection of supply chain coordination and manufacturing execution. You'll manage the flow of new product builds from planning through completion, tracking work orders and inventory while keeping multiple departments aligned on schedules, material readiness, and production milestones. The position requires you to balance competing priorities—coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams while monitoring progress in SAP, escalating risks, and identifying efficiency improvements as products ramp into production.
This role suits someone with an associate degree (or bachelor's preferred) in supply chain, business, or manufacturing, plus one to two years of hands-on experience in production control, planning, or a manufacturing environment. You'll need solid proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems like SAP, strong organizational skills to juggle shifting demands, and the communication ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams. Attention to detail matters here—accuracy in tracking, material coordination, and schedule adherence directly impacts program success.
Foxconn offers a standard benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401K with employer match, and paid time off, plus an onsite wellness center. The company emphasizes continuous learning and career development within smart manufacturing, positioning this as a potential stepping stone into broader program or operations leadership.
