About this role
Leading maintenance operations at Thompson Thrift's Class A multifamily community in Fayetteville means overseeing the full scope of property upkeep—from preventative maintenance programs and service request management to apartment turnovers and vendor coordination. You'll direct a maintenance team while staying hands-on with daily operations, balancing urgent repairs against planned maintenance schedules and ensuring the property meets Thompson Thrift's standards for quality, safety, and resident experience.
