About this role

Spektrix is hiring a Client Success Specialist to serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of arts and cultural organizations using their ticketing and patron management platform. You'll handle multi-channel support across phone, email, and video; lead client meetings; track account health; and guide customers through platform adoption and feature expansion. The role also involves rotating on-call coverage outside standard business hours and occasional travel. This is a full-time position based in New York City with a hybrid arrangement—expect three days per week in-office initially, with flexibility to decrease once you're established.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a client-facing role, ideally in customer support, account management, or box office and ticketing within arts organizations. You'll need strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, solid organizational abilities to juggle competing priorities, and proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based tools. Experience with ticketing platforms, CRM systems like Zendesk or HubSpot, or training delivery is a plus, as is French language ability.

The salary range is $65,000–$75,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; 21 days of PTO plus 14 paid holidays and 10 sick days; 401(k) matching; two paid volunteer days annually; and a month-long paid sabbatical after five years.
