About this role

WPP Production is looking for a Content Manager to oversee the publication and quality control of digital assets across regional and global platforms. You'll manage day-to-day publishing workflows, review materials against brand and platform guidelines, coordinate with design and project management teams, and flag issues to ensure consistency and efficiency. The role requires working within client content management systems and project tracking tools like Wrike, often under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

This position suits someone with two to four years of CMS and content management experience, ideally from client services or production agency backgrounds. You'll need exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining focus—particularly important in an open-plan setting. The role also calls for clear communication, problem-solving ability, and comfort with ambiguity as workflows evolve. Based in Buenos Aires on a hybrid arrangement, you'll collaborate across multiple international hubs, so cross-cultural teamwork and the ability to quickly absorb new responsibilities are essential.
