About this role
Foxconn WI's Program Management Department is building out its NPI quality function and needs someone to own quality planning and execution as new products move from design through production ramp. You'll develop quality plans and control strategies, lead root cause analysis on defects and yield issues, and coordinate across product, manufacturing, supplier quality, and operations teams to resolve problems before they reach customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering rigor and production reality—you'll review designs and processes for risk, run builds to validate requirements, and track quality metrics to keep programs on track.
The position calls for a bachelor's degree in quality, manufacturing, or engineering (or equivalent experience), ideally backed by at least two years in quality engineering or NPI work. You should be comfortable with standard quality tools like PFMEA, control plans, 8D problem-solving, and statistical methods, and able to read drawings and specifications to spot quality risks. If you think systematically about how to prevent problems rather than just react to them, and you work well across functional teams, this role offers real visibility into smart manufacturing operations and room to grow your expertise.
Foxconn offers a standard benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, employer-paid life and short-term disability, a 401K match, paid time off, and access to an onsite wellness center. This is a full-time, in-office position at their Wisconsin facility.
