About this role

Foxconn WI's Program Management Department is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to shepherd new products from design concept through production launch. You'll own the full spectrum of NPI activities—developing manufacturing processes, specifying equipment and tooling, writing work instructions, and validating that production lines are ready to run. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and the factory floor, requiring you to translate product requirements into processes that actually work, then support pilot builds and ramp while hunting down yield issues, equipment problems, and process bottlenecks.

The position calls for a bachelor's degree in a manufacturing or engineering discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience), with at least two years in process or manufacturing engineering. You should be comfortable with PFMEA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, and equally comfortable in a production environment doing hands-on troubleshooting alongside operations, quality, and maintenance teams. The work is fast-paced and collaborative—you'll be analyzing data, leading problem-solving sessions, and recommending design-for-manufacturability improvements across multiple product launches.

Foxconn offers a standard benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, employer-funded life and short-term disability, a 401K match, and paid time off. An onsite health center is available to employees, and the company emphasizes career development in smart manufacturing.
