About this role

Premier Care Dental Management operates Dental365, a dentist-led practice in New City that structures hygiene work around quality patient care rather than production metrics. The role centers on delivering thorough preventive care, with 1-hour recall appointments that allow time for patient education, screening for periodontal disease and oral cancer, and building trust. You'll handle standard hygiene procedures—x-rays, intraoral imaging, charting—while responding to in-treatment emergencies and documenting findings for the dentist's treatment planning.

The schedule offers flexibility within defined hours (Monday through Friday, ranging from 9 am to 7 pm depending on the day), and the organization explicitly welcomes discussion around part-time or per diem arrangements. Compensation runs $52–$57 per hour with quarterly bonus potential, plus health and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and up to three weeks of paid time off. Full-time employees (30+ hours weekly) receive all benefits; part-time staff access some of them. You'll also get a $5,000 welcoming bonus, in-house dental discounts, and a scrub allowance.

This position requires an active New York RDH license, current CPR/BLS certification, and solid knowledge of comprehensive hygiene protocols and patient documentation. The practice emphasizes a supportive culture and includes a Hygiene Executive Committee led by senior hygienists, suggesting pathways for input and professional development within the team.
