About this role
Stanley 1913's Associate Product Manager role centers on keeping seasonal product lines running smoothly from conception through market launch. You'll manage the administrative backbone of product development—handling new item creation in systems like Centric, coordinating samples and digital assets, and ensuring all product information flows accurately across the organization. A significant part of the job involves acting as a liaison between product marketing, design, sales, and other functions, making sure timelines align and deliverables reach the right teams at the right time.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in consumer goods or project management and thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment. You'll need strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools, plus the ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt when deadlines shift. This is a hands-on operational role that requires proactive communication, solid organizational skills, and genuine interest in consumer products and market trends—not a strategic product role, but essential infrastructure for getting products to market.
Based in Seattle and full-time in-office, the position offers a salary of $90,000–$95,000 plus annual bonus eligibility, benefits including 401(k), dental, vision, and 14 paid holidays. It's a good fit if you enjoy making things work behind the scenes and want direct exposure to how a heritage consumer brand like Stanley 1913 manages its product ecosystem.
