🌟 WHAT DOES AN ABA PARA DO?
As an ABA Para, you’ll work one-on-one with a child to help develop important skills, encourage independence, and support their individual goals.

Supporting communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.

Using play-based activities to make learning engaging.

Following an individualized treatment plan under BCBA guidance.

OOS Management Corp. is hiring behavior technicians in New Haven to work one-on-one with children in an applied behavior analysis (ABA) setting.
