About this role
Peregrine Health is seeking a Texas-licensed clinical social worker to deliver remote behavioral health services within a supported care model that emphasizes full-time clinician stability and integrated care. You'll conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches, and manage crisis intervention and safety planning. The role expects clinical independence balanced with team collaboration—working alongside physicians, nurses, and case managers to coordinate whole-person care and connect clients to community resources like housing, food security, and benefits enrollment.
This position suits someone with at least three years of clinical experience in community mental health or integrated care settings who is comfortable with telehealth delivery and wants continuity with their clients. You'll handle your own caseload while contributing to quality improvement efforts and maintaining thorough EHR documentation. The organization provides malpractice coverage, continuing education support, and full administrative backing for licensing and credentialing—practical support for independent clinical work.
The compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 20 PTO days plus nine paid holidays, a 401(k) match, and notably, $1,800 annually for your own mental health care plus a $5,000 fertility care stipend. This is a full-time remote role designed for clinicians committed to sustained client relationships and community-focused care.
