Based remotely, you'll serve as the primary liaison between trial sites, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams, owning site-level communication, issue escalation, and resolution for everything from shipment delays and temperature excursions to dose scheduling impacts and chain-of-custody discrepancies.
