About this role

Revolution Medicines is building out its commercial presence in Spain and Portugal, and this role offers the chance to establish the compliance foundation for that expansion. You would lead the development and execution of a healthcare compliance program tailored to the Spanish and Portuguese markets, working within the company's global framework while navigating local regulatory requirements—including Spain's corporate criminal liability provisions, medicines advertising rules, and the Farmaindustria Code of Good Practice. This is a strategic advisory position: you'll sit on the Spanish leadership team, guide commercial and medical teams through product launches, oversee HCP interactions and promotional materials, and manage relationships with regulators and industry bodies.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of in-house pharmaceutical compliance experience, ideally with a legal background, and a proven ability to build compliance programs from the ground up in a scaling organization. You'll need deep expertise across the full compliance spectrum—from anti-corruption and transparency reporting to training, auditing, and third-party risk management—and the communication skills to embed compliance culture across the business. This role does not include direct reports but requires you to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and regions.

Based in Madrid with an in-office requirement, this is a full-time position for someone ready to take ownership of compliance strategy in a growing oncology company during a critical commercialization phase.
