Value-Driven Employee Experience
THE GOLDEN RULE. It’s simple: Treat others the way we want to be treated. Whether we’re dealing with colleagues or customers, we don’t prioritize money or growth over people, and we practice empathy at every opportunity.
CALM FOCUS. We work in tech and build solutions for real estate. Both are fast-paced and stressful industries. But by focusing on the larger objective rather than rushing from one task to the next, we can create solutions our customers love.
ONE TEAM, ONE DREAM. Big problems require big solutions. We look at our customers’ experiences holistically and recognize that solving them requires collaboration across teams and our three affiliate companies — Homeward, Homeward Mortgage and Homeward Title.
About this role
Homeward is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design and day-to-day support of their Salesforce ecosystem as the company scales its real estate financial products across 13 states. Based remotely in Latin America, you'd own the full lifecycle of Salesforce issues and enhancements—from diagnosing problems and developing solutions to communicating outcomes across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams. The role blends development and administration work, requiring you to manage an inbound ticket queue while contributing to strategic initiatives like third-party integrations, metadata management, and new business process automation.
This position suits someone with at least four years of Salesforce development experience, ideally in a startup environment, who combines technical depth with strong cross-functional communication. You'll need Platform Developer I and II credentials and hands-on expertise across Apex, LWC/Aura, Visualforce, batch processing, and developer tools like Gearset and GitHub. Beyond technical skills, Homeward values self-starters who can wear multiple hats in a dynamic, rapidly scaling organization—people who ask the right questions, devise solutions collaboratively, and thrive in a fully remote, values-driven culture.
