About this role

Henry Meds is a direct-to-consumer telehealth company operating across 40 states, and this role sits at the center of provider support operations. You'd be the primary contact for healthcare providers using the platform, handling everything from onboarding and training to troubleshooting issues and coordinating across internal teams. The work involves managing provider schedules to meet demand in key markets, participating in quality improvement efforts, and using data to inform capacity planning—all in a remote-first environment where you'd work independently but as part of a collaborative startup team.

The role calls for at least two years in provider relations or support within healthcare or telehealth, strong written and verbal communication, solid organizational skills, and proficiency with G-Suite. You'll need to be comfortable interpreting data, managing competing priorities, and moving quickly in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is expected.

Henry Meds offers comprehensive benefits including platinum PPO coverage (99% employer-paid for employees), dental and vision, 401(k) matching from day one, and unlimited PTO. The position is fully remote with only occasional travel required. Note that the company cannot sponsor visa applicants at this time.
