About this role
Natera's Revenue Cycle department is seeking a supervisor to lead its Prior Authorization teams—both domestic and offshore staff—in managing the full lifecycle of authorization requests, from submissions through denials and appeals. The job also involves quality audits, performance reporting, hiring and development, and ensuring compliance with payer-specific requirements and healthcare regulations.
The role is fully remote and offers a salary range of $62,200 to $85,000. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience is required.
