About this role

OOS Management Corp. (operating as Behavior Stars) is seeking a Spanish-speaking paraprofessional to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs across home, school, and center-based settings in the Wilton area. You'd work 10–20 hours per week at flexible times, including morning shifts (9:00–2:00) and after-school hours (5:00–8:00), implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting session data, and maintaining consistency with behavior intervention plans.
