Pay
$17.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.
Schedule:
First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm (When there is OT, it is on Fridays)
Enjoy a consistent schedule with weekends off.

How You Will Contribute

Set up and operate a variety of saws, rollers, and CNC equipment.

Safely use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.

Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, cranes, and hoists.

Follow production schedules and support changing priorities.

Complete machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments.

Use production systems to track work and support workflow.Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.

Support multiple manufacturing processes and product lines.

Help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED

Landscape Forms is hiring a Metal Processing Area Team Member to work in their Kalamazoo manufacturing facility on a consistent first-shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with occasional Friday overtime).
