About this role
euNetworks operates critical digital infrastructure across Europe, and this Senior Director role sits at the heart of how the business makes strategic decisions. You'd report directly to the CFO and own the full FP&A function—from monthly reporting and forecasting through to Board and executive presentations. The work spans financial planning and analysis, team leadership, and deep commercial partnering with sales, operations and senior stakeholders to translate financial performance into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability.
This is a role for someone with substantial FP&A leadership experience in complex, international B2B environments who can move fluently between rigorous financial analysis and strategic business conversation. You'll need a track record of owning end-to-end reporting cycles, building forecasting capability, and influencing senior decision-makers. A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred. The commercial finance angle is central—you'll work closely with Business Operations and Sales to align financial forecasts with revenue pipelines, challenge assumptions, and strengthen performance accountability across the business.
The role is full-time and based in London, requiring in-office presence. It suits a finance leader who combines technical rigour with genuine commercial instinct, who can build and motivate a high-performing team, and who thrives as a trusted advisor to the executive suite in a growth-focused, investment-intensive business.
