About this role

Leading security operations at a major sports and entertainment venue requires someone who can balance competing priorities across high-profile events. At Intuit Dome, you'd oversee all security and safety programs for NBA games, concerts, and special events, managing everything from access control and screening to emergency response and incident investigation. The role demands constant coordination—with contracted security personnel, local and federal agencies, visiting team security, and internal operations teams—to ensure safety standards are met across a 24/7 operation.

This position suits someone with at least five years of hands-on security or event management experience and a track record leading teams. You'll need to be comfortable with budgeting, policy development, and training, as well as the operational details of venue management: credential systems, perimeter security, parking operations, and emergency planning. The schedule is genuinely flexible—expect to work nights, weekends, and holidays whenever events occur, which at a venue hosting NBA games and major concerts is frequent.

The salary range is $85,000 to $95,000, and the role includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and a Well-Being Allowance. This is a full-time, in-office position in Inglewood, California.
