About this role

At Sherwin-Williams' Oxon Hill location, you'd work in-store as a bilingual customer service specialist, serving both walk-in and phone customers in English and Spanish. The role blends customer-facing sales work with hands-on store operations: you'd assess customer needs and recommend paint and coatings products, process transactions, tint and mix products to specification, manage inventory, stock displays, and handle warehouse tasks including loading delivery trucks. You'd also track sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets and maintain detailed work order records.

The position requires fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking), a valid driver's license, and the physical capability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and retrieve items from various heights. You'll need to be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, and willing to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends. Prior experience in retail, delivery, or customer service—ideally with paint products or tinting equipment—is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or GED is also preferred.

Sherwin-Williams emphasizes stability and growth, offering comprehensive benefits covering health, retirement, and wellness. The hiring process involves an online application, a digital video interview completed on your schedule within seven days, and an in-store interview with the local team.
