About this role
You'd be managing the daily flow of incoming stock at aCommerce's Malaysia warehouse, responsible for receiving, checking and storing deliveries while keeping the operation on schedule. The role involves planning inbound activities, verifying stock against purchase orders, recording transactions in the WMS, and investigating any discrepancies—shortages, damage or delivery issues. You'll also coordinate with transporters and internal teams, and support inventory counts and stock reconciliation as needed.
Leading a mixed team of permanent, contract and temporary staff is a core part of the job, so you'll be training people on procedures and holding them to productivity and quality standards. Beyond inbound, you're expected to pitch in across other warehouse functions like picking and packing when the operation demands it, particularly during campaigns or peak periods when overtime and Saturday shifts are common.
You'll need at least two years of warehouse experience with a track record supervising teams, solid knowledge of receiving and putaway workflows, and comfort with WMS systems and basic Excel. The role suits someone who's organized, communicates clearly, solves problems quickly and can stay flexible as priorities shift. This is a contract position based in-office in Malaysia.
